Rainey Dental Partners, an Austin studio, operates Rainey Dental Website Audit. Contact team@raineydentalpartners.com. This notice covers the audit tool and the pages on this host. It is written for directory review and for the person running a check.

What the tool is

You give a public website address. We fetch a limited number of public pages and, when the city is known, ask a search-data provider for public Google results about that town. There is no account, no sign-in, and no email field inside the audit tools.

What we store

  • The address you submitted, the pages we fetched, and the report.
  • The time of the check and the name of the client application, such as Claude or the website.
  • A salted hash of the network address, kept about a day, only to slow repeated checks. We do not keep the raw address.
  • Cached Google results for a practice and town, kept seven days, so we do not buy the same result twice.

Reports are kept 30 days and then deleted. Report addresses are unguessable and marked not to be indexed. We do not store conversation text from ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor. We do not build a mailing list from audited domains.

Patient information

We do not want patient information, and the tool does not ask for it. Do not paste clinical notes, insurance details, or patient names into a request. If a public page contains a person's name in the ordinary way a practice site does, that text may appear inside the stored copy of the page for the life of the report.

DataForSEO

DataForSEO is a data processor for the local-search section. We send a city, a practice name, and a few search phrases such as "dentist Plano". We do not send patient information, because we do not have it. DataForSEO returns public listing details such as business name, category, rating, and review count. Their own privacy terms govern that processing. When a practice appears in those results, we may also fetch a few of its public web pages, the same way we fetch the site you asked about. That is still public website text, not patient information.

Other processors

The site is hosted on Vercel. Google PageSpeed Insights may be called with the public address to measure speed. If a Redis cache is configured, report text is stored there for the retention periods above. Scheduling, if you choose it, happens on raineydentalpartners.com and is not part of this tool until you open that link yourself.

Health data and advertising

The connector does not handle patient health data. It does not serve advertisements or sponsored placements. The consultation link appears only when you ask for help, and it does not carry the contents of the report.
